If you love good old fashion (and new) comfort American burgers this is your place. Everything I've had her has hit the right spot. Portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Parking is plenty. Staff is very friendly and down to earth. The pastrami sandwich could easily serve two. The Mac and cheese bites are the best I've tried so far. The ranch dressing taste very homemade. My friends lives the donut burger, I've never tried it but it looks and smells amazing. The beer battered fries are so yummy and I love that they are super crispy on the outside. The classic crispy chicken sandwich was also really good. Next time if probably get out without lettuce. Less is better, the star of the show should be the chicken patty. this is definitely one of my go to spots whenever I'm in Pismo!!!

Well I just ordered some onion rings and they were excellent. A little pricey but if you consider most people come to this area for vacation and so prices are always going to be a little bit more in a tourist location.

Garlands is one of my favorite places to eat, their food is the BEST and my personal favorites are the fish and chips and hamburgers. Their ranch dressing is really good “especially if you like ranch like me”. My all time favorite item is the milkshakes honesty it’s probably the best milkshake I’ve ever had!! I Recommend it ,believe me you won’t regret it. Also the staff were really nice and helpfully it’s a great place to take your family.

Longtime visitor to California Cool Thrift Store next door- so for ever I’ve parked & shopped...today I was hungry for tacos and with the continued road construction, it made sense to stop once vs twice. Clean interior, helpful young man at counter, no tacos. I ordered fish sandwich- surprised by the small side of fries/onion rings and ranch YUM. The sandwich was BOMB! Toasted soft bun- sauce/tomato/lettuce and 3 fried fish fingers- good to the last bite looking forward to my next thrift store run to Grover Beach!

Last time I visited was around 25 years ago. I had the cheese burger and onion rings. Still excellent. Juicy and flavorful. You won't be disappointed.

I had a nice young man take my order, he was very friendly very accurate with my order and very fast as far as service. It was a great experience. He had a lot to do with that influence of my visit and I would definitely visit again. I think his name was Andrew..
